Small cozy house (30 square+sleeping loft 10 square), private entrance, free parking, large patio with barbecue for nice days and evenings. Walking distance to several sandy beaches. Quiet and nice area with lake view from the sleeping loft and wonderful nature around the corner. If you like hiking there are many nice trails. A few hundred meters to Sörmlandsleden (popular hiking trail). An hour to Stockholm. Boat trip in the Baltic Sea's beautiful archipelago with our nice boat can be arranged during the summer months if booked in advance.

Holiday house in a calm and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The house of 40 sqm is built in 2019 and has modern interior. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10 min walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and possibility to pick blueberries. 10 min drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with queen size bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy for cleaning for 400 sek.

In the Oxelösund archipelago there is this newly built, modern and fully equipped Attefallshus (built in 2017). You live small (25 sqm plus sleeping loft) and have a modern accommodation with kitchen and large fresh bathroom. The natural plot is wonderful in plateaus with a rich flora of plants. At the top of the property is a mountain where in the evening sun you enjoy a glass on the hot cliffs during the day. Five minutes walk from the house there is a lovely bay where you can swim from the small beach.

Welcome to our cabin in the woods, 800m to the beautiful beach in Västra Kovik and famous hiking and paths of Sörmlandsleden and climbing spot Simonberget. Here you can enjoy a fully equipped house with 3 bedrooms with sleeping place for 5 persons in the main house and a small guesthouse with place for 2 persons if needed. The house has a big terrace and garden with trampolin and playhouse for the kids. We got multiple kids/adult bikes to borrow to discover the beautiful surrounding areas.

The house has a large combined living room/kitchen with exit to the terrace and the guest house is located close by with a wood-fired sauna, incineration toilet and guest bedroom. The house we have built in beautiful organic materials, the standard is simple but everything you need is available.

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI.
