Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

It is ideal for one or two people but can sleep 1-2 more, utilising the Muji sofa bed (width of a double when unfolded). The location is peaceful, friendly and safe and within walking distance of Guildford railway station and the town centre. Easy access to the A3 and M25. It is also a short walking distance from the university, business park and Surrey Hospital (less than 5 minutes by car).

A Large and light airy room, with own private access, secluded from rest of house. Own bathroom, desk, TV, place to store and hang clothes, WiFi, Fridge, Kettle, Tea & Coffee. Head height 6 foot at lowest point of room (so please note this ... if you are tall the room might not be for you). There are stairs leading up into the house but the door at the top is locked ... but you can sit on the stairs, or use it for suitcase storage. You also have full access to, and use of, the garden

Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
