A sweet quiet home on a sweet quiet street, 2 bedrooms 1 bath, 900 square feet, forced air furnace turns out the heat, a nice place to rest, a short drive to the beach, a peaceful place for a cozy retreat. Super easy check in. A brand new home this is not. Original 1940s cabinets and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Minor scuffs and scratches. Its warm, has natural light pouring in, and will make you feel right at home. Close to stores and beaches (3 miles to Clam Beach County Park).

Our clean cozy studio apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quite neighborhood in McKinleyville, just a few minutes drive from the Arcata Plaza/ HSU/ Beaches/ Redwood forest/ ACV airport/ Old Town Eureka. As well as a 15 minute walk to Six Rivers Brewery. It is also about a 45 minute drive from the Redwood National and State parks. Our apartment has got a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and all the necessary essentials.
