Our house located in Kavos beach ,6 KM south of city of Karystos in an excellent, quiet area overlooking the gulf and Aegean sea.This is a comfortable villa, built on two levels, with unlimited views of the East Aegean. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.

The apartment is ground floor, located in the center of Marmari, 50 meters from the port and 50m from the beach. On the lower side street there is a super market,bakery,tavernas, cafes, bakery etc. In the evening Marmari is pedestrianized and the kids play freely. A wonderful sea with sand and salt cedars is the beach of Kokkini and Fygia(not organized) as well as the settlement of doctors(organized). Do not forget to visit Megali Ammos. Access from Rafina in 1 hour.
