Located in the beautiful town centre, within a few minutes walk of the Quarry Park, Castle, shops and restaurants. If arriving by train, it’s a ten minute walk to the house. There are multiple car parks within a few minutes walk. There is an outdoor secure storage area, perfect for bikes. It’s an ideal location for exploring fabulous Shrewsbury and the surrounding area.

The Old Stables, The River Severn, Shrewsbury

The Old Stables is a stylishly-converted private, en suite room with its own sitting area in a pretty, peaceful, unique location on the river - a few minutes walk from the train station and the centre of historic Shrewsbury. We have free gated parking for up to two cars and secure bike storage. Our favourite walk is along The River Severn path to the English Bridge, up Wyle Cop with its amazing array of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. A little further along is the lovely Quarry Park.

The spacious light contemporary apartment is on the first floor of a detached town house, close to the town centre accessed on foot through its celebrated Quarry Park but with good vehicular access to the town centre, the West Midlands, the Marches and Wales. The accommodation comprises; an entrance hall and stair access to the first floor kitchen + dining area, living room, double bedroom , utility space and bathroom. Guests have access to off road car parking for their vehicle on our drive.
